Wanna loose those extra weight?
It has only been a semester since I have gone away from school. Before taking the big break, I weighed for like 52 kgs. I am only 5'2" so it's like I am almost over weight. The normal BMI ranges from 18.5-24.9, my BMI about 5 months ago was just 20.9. After five long months, I gained about four (4) kilograms more which is about 123 lbs. I noticed my belly coming out like I am pregnant, my arms and my thighs were getting big, and my face has gone so chubby already. Even if my BMI (23.2) is still in the normal range bracket, still it alarmed me. I don't want to be overweight. That's why I have developed a program for myself to keep me away from the overweight bracket.
For about two weeks now, I have been trying to at least do an-hour-a-day physical exercise. I combined all the things I have learned from my Modern Jazz PE class and as well as my Football varsity experience. I have learned that giving myself an hour a day of exercise isn't so hard at all. I really get so sweaty after exercising..and when I am sweating a lot, I feel so happy and contented because I know the extra fats are on its way out.
I have also limited my intake of food. My mom keeps me away from eating toblerone and chocalate coated macadamia nuts already. I hate it but I know it's for the best. From eating 3-cups-of-rice per meal I have started eating 2 cups of rice at breakfast, one cup for lunch and a half cup of rice at dinner--That's what I did to the first week. Because I am already in my 2nd week, I have went down to one cup of rice per meal. Sometimes I skip eating lunch because I get up around 10:30am, and eat breakfast at 11am. So when the clock strikes at 12nn, I don't eat lunch with my folks anymore. I just do my work here in my office. Honestly, I have not been away from the chocolate coated macadamia nuts yet. Since I don't eat lunch sometimes, I can treat myself to eating 2 pieces of those chocs to compensate with the missed lunch. I have decided to keep away from donuts and pizza already. haha. This is such a huge sacrifice, you know. But because I want to reduce weight so bad, I am doing this for myself.
As of now, I have lost about one kilo already. harhar. and I'm so happy!

it really feels good to eat when your food is delicious. One piece of chicken is only Php.15 and it's totally big enough to satisfy the person in his meal. As I bite every part of the chicken the crispiness runs to my veins and it feels good.
