i LoVe VeGeTabLes

This day I'm so very hungry most of my time I'm looking for food, at around 11 in the morning I eat my breakfast with rice and different kind of vegetables. My mother is the one who cook our viand this morning I really like the way she cooked because it really makes my mouth watering. Vegetables are one of my favorite foods to eat because vegetables have vitamins and minerals and are good sources of dietary fiber. They're naturally low in fat, sodium and calories and contain no cholesterol. Vegetables have a phytochemical which means a group of compounds that may help chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and some cancers. So I encourage the people to eat vegetables especially those who didn't eat and who didn't like the taste. It is not too late to become healthy, so guys lets eat vegetables to have a healthy life.Laughing
